Alice tries hard not to let any of the rage she feels show on her face when he mentions the names Jill, Carlos, and L.J.. One of the questions that's been going around in her head since she escaped from the lab, again, is why they never came back for her. Why they left her there. She saved them! She opens her mouth to answer no she doesn't know him and yes she knows them but she's afraid that her voice will betray her anger so she ends up just shaking her head.
